Talent Acquisition Manager

What would you be doing?

• End-to-End Recruitment Management : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define selection criteria, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing & Candidate Engagement : Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including social platforms, job portals, and referrals, to source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements while ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
• Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline : Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace. Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Process Optimization & Policy Implementation : Develop job descriptions, interview frameworks, and recruitment policies to streamline hiring workflows. Ensure compliance with best hiring practices and adopt a data-driven approach to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Please note that this role involves individual contribution. You will be required to meet weekly and monthly targets. Apart from strategising and coaching peers, you will be required to make rigorous outbound and inbound calls.
