Role & responsibilities -

O2C-

- Lead OTC process management and ensure service delivery excellence.

- Drive compliance and service management optimization.

- Manage customer relationships and credit risk.

- Utilize OTC tools and technologies for process enhancements.

- Mentor junior staff and foster team growth.

Monitor and manage outstanding AR balances, identifying overdue accounts and taking proactive collection actions

Proficiency in OTC tools and technologies, Tableau, Power BI, GenAI

P2P-

Experience in P2P operations with a strong understanding of invoice processing, helpdesk management, and reconciliations.

Advanced knowledge of P2P systems, ERP software, and Excel, Tableau, Power BI, GenAI.

Handle invoice queries and resolutions, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Provide support for the P2P Helpdesk, addressing and resolving issues raised by vendors and internal departments.

R2R-

Experience in RTR with a focus on service delivery.

Expertise in RTR tools and technologies along with Tableau, Power BI, GenAI

Lead RTR process management and drive delivery of RTR services.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and service management excellence.

Oversee financial reporting and month-end close activities & reconciliations.
