EY - Defence Sector Promotion Expert (4-15 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Defence Sector Expert to join our consulting team, specializing in defence sector promotion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and business background, with prior experience in defence procurement, offset management, or related areas. The role involves working closely with clients to promote the defence sector, develop strategies, and drive impactful initiatives.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech - any domain) is mandatory.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution is mandatory

Professional Experience:

- 4-15 years of experience in the defence sector, with a focus on procurement, offset management, or policy advisory.

- Familiarity with government defence procurement processes, defence production policies, and offset guidelines is essential.

- PMP is preferred

- Experience in consulting or strategic advisory roles is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Expertise in policy development, stakeholder management, and business development.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
