Key Skills :
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of HR department, manage and motivate team members.
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans (Talent Acquisition), compensation &Benefits, Welfare benefits, Training and Development, Budget, Succession planning, Employee relations and Statutory compliance.
- Design and develop Retention strategies to curb the attrition at the unit level
- Develops Human resources operations Financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, Trends and variances.
- Plan, design, develop and evaluate Human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. In addition, shall lead performance management, talent assessment, competency mapping, etc.
- Responsible for effective Labour Relations, including negotiating and administering labour agreements/ settlements.
- Supports management by providing Human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- Liaison with the various Statutory and govt. agencies at the apex level and maintain cordial relations and ensures all statutory and regulatory audit requirements including compliance to various statutory and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by driving the various CSR initiatives.
- Takes leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to company's objectives.
- Responsible for proper upkeep and maintenance of facility and ensure availability of proper amenities like canteen, transport and other facilities to employees.
Mandatory : Min 7 years of experience in leading the HR operations independently.
