Role & Responsibility:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the steel sector.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and markets.
2. Market Expansion and Business Growth:
- Drive strategies to expand into new markets and enhance the company's market share.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and regulators.
3. Product and Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and promotion of new and existing products.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation within the industry.
- Optimize pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize profitability.
4. Digital Marketing and Innovation:
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Incorporate emerging technologies and innovations to stay ahead of market trends.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
6. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: 18-20 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the steel sector (Domestic & International).
Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the steel industry (long products, rounds , bright bars) and its value chain.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in strategic planning, market research, and brand management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
