Job Description:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- 17 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment and development programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for senior, mid-level, and operational roles.
- Collaborate with business heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design and implement strategies to boost employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Develop initiatives to build a strong organizational culture and foster team collaboration.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting KPIs, reviewing performance, and driving employee productivity.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and manage L&D programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Identify training needs and deliver customized programs for different teams.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and manage workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and ethical standards.
