- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization. Should have strong exposure on Projects hiring, looking for someone from the similar industry.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of performance and innovation. Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enhance the company's employer brand.
- Build strong partnerships with universities, industry associations, and professional bodies to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment in recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor hiring performance and identify trends.
- Provide periodic reports to senior management on recruitment metrics, insights, and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, diversity hiring goals, and compliance with labor laws.
- Stay updated on global and local hiring trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
