Our client is a leading engineering conglomerate operating in India and close to 40 international markets. A respected brand and a listed company, our client seeks a an incumbent for Lead - Talent Acquisition
Location - Pune
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities and manage the team of recruiters
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from Hire to Onboarding within defined budget
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
- Plan and execute Annual workforce planning and manpower budgeting in line with business objective
- MUST have closed at least 200 positions in one year
Key Requirements:
- Should have a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Should have a at least 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Should be able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
- Should have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
- Should have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
- Should have experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
- Should have data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
- Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
