POSITION SUMMARY:
This role would be responsible to lead and manage Talent Acquisition, supporting business growth and future capabilities. You will develop & manage procedures and policies, working together with various internal and external teams to fulfil hiring needs. You will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships in addition to guiding, supporting, and developing the recruitment team through a business partnership and relationship management mindset. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership capability, with a robust operational mindset, intimately understanding the business and talent landscape, possess exceptional decision-making and problem-solving, and can navigate ambiguous situations and thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team Management:
- Lead & manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Recruit, hire and build the team.
2. Recruitment Deliverables:
- Devise sourcing strategy & recruit using multiple channels - agencies, job boards, referrals, campaigns basis generic, niche & super niche skills we hire.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the Organisations Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise collaboration, and in depth understanding of business variables in relation with TA function.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
- Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross functional business partners.
3. Process Adherence & Efficiency:
- Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
- Understanding business needs and driving high levels of service and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
5. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for various types of hiring needs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree with Specialization in HR/management (preferred).
- 18+ years' experience, with 15+ years in a Talent Acquisition. At least 3+ years in a Leadership role.
