HR Strategy
Role Summary:
- Team Lead - HR Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that drives talent management, development, and engagement, ultimately supporting the organization's overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities (overall):
- Establish and maintain a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.
- Develop and implement career development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
- Design and implement a performance management system that provides clear expectations, regular feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and utilize tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and cultivate future leaders.
- Lead the development and implementation of a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
Conduct regular compensation reviews and ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity.
- Develop a comprehensive succession plan to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in leadership positions.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for critical roles.
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with business needs and individual employee development goals.
- Identify and source training resources that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
Key Accountabilities (overall):
- Develop and implement comprehensive career development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement, fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization
- Analyze workforce data to identify workforce gaps and develop strategies to address future talent needs.
- Ensure that cultural values and behaviors support the development of cutting-edge products, efficient processes, and exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate closely with the Global HR Team for developing a robust change management strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and desired cultural transformation.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Utilize people analytics to identify workforce trends, skills gaps, and future talent needs.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts.
- Analyze workforce data to inform succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Creating a strong visual identity and branding elements that represent and symbolize the corporate culture.
Performance Management & Rewards:
- Implement data-driven performance management practices that promote fair and objective evaluation.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Roll out to develop a culture of recognition across company.
Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute HR programs across various focus areas (talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc.).
- Oversee the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
Skills & Competency Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a progressive HR role with a strong focus on HR strategy development and implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully consulting with senior leadership on HR matters and delivering strategic HR solutions.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices across all core areas (talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
