Lead - HR Operations - Shared Services Business
About:
- Talent Acquisition : Sourcing, Recruitments, Pre-boarding documentation including BGV & Medical clearance
- Workforce Administration : Employee record creation in Database management and accuracy, leave and attendance, employee life cycle movements, separation.
- Payroll : Payroll processing for all levels including executive payroll, F&F settlement, related statutory compliance
- HR Compliance : Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity), Insurance (Group Term Insurance, Group Personal Accident, Group Medical Insurance, including dependents) Superannuation, TPA management
- Learning & Development : Learning Management system administration including , calendar, program nominations, feedback, and effectiveness monitoring, agreements monitoring
- Statutory & Business Process audit support across all verticals
- Lead HR OPS team (people and processes) and ensure timely and error free deliveries with zero financial implication of HR operations as per agreed SOPs, defined SLAs and within approved staffing levels and policy guidelines.
- Prepare detailed MIS & reports and publish with HR BP team
- Obtain inputs / feedback on the monthly performance, and initiate performance improvement plan addressing the key observations
- Conduct periodic review and refresh the SOPs, Checklists ,Process flows in order to ensure:
- In time response to escalations / deviations reported by stakeholders, along with mitigation plan to prevent re-occurrence.
- Continuously interact and engage with all internal stakeholders to periodically obtain formal and informal feedback and drive improvement to address the finalized emerging needs
