About the Role
We are looking for a Head of HR to join our Human Resources department. The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. This role is critical in shaping the HR strategy and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. The HR Head will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and other HR-related services. Also, has experience of Administration as well.
Mode of working:
In office role with 5.5 days working (1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday is off along with all Sundays)
Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
