GoMechanic is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to drive and manage our paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google and other paid social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies aimed at maximizing ROI, increasing brand visibility, and driving high-quality leads and conversions.
Working days: 5.5 days working (1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday is off and 2nd, 4th is working)
Office Location: 7th Floor, Tower A, Spaze iTech Park, Sohna - Gurgaon Rd, Block S, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to achieve measurable results.
2. Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, targeting the right audience segments with tailored messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
3. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend and maximum ROI.
4. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous optimization.
6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and enhance campaign effectiveness.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates from Meta, Google, and the broader digital marketing landscape to ensure best practices are being followed.
8. Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns.
9. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers through targeted digital marketing.
10. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring goals are met.
