Job Summary:.
- We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts, with a focus on social media, vendor management, and dealer marketing.
- The role involves executing impactful campaigns, managing relationships with vendors, collaborating across departments, and supporting our dealer network to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:.
Social Media Management:.
- Plan, schedule, and execute engaging content across all social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity, providing insights to improve performance.
- Respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement effectively.
Vendor Management:.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of quality - marketing materials and services.
- Evaluate and onboard vendors as per project requirements, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with company standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Support the execution of cross-departmental initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and project management.
Dealer Marketing:.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives to support the dealer network and enhance sales performance.
- Customize promotional materials and campaigns for dealer-specific needs and opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and standards across all dealer marketing efforts.
- Collect dealer feedback and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze the success of dealer marketing initiatives, recommending improvements where needed.
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in social media management, vendor coordination, and dealer/channel marketing preferred.
