Key Responsibilities :

Data Engineering :

- Architect, develop, and maintain highly scalable and robust data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, and Apache Airflow..

- Design and optimize data storage solutions, including Amazon Redshift, S3, or comparable platforms, to support large-scale analytics..

- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across all data platforms..

Data Science :

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business challenges..

- Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment..

- Drive Generative AI initiatives, creating innovative products and solutions..

- Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations..

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven strategies..

Collaboration and Mentorship :

- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth..

- Contribute to the development of best practices in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Generative AI..

General :

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and at least one other language (e.g., C#, Go, or equivalent)..

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards..

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Generative AI..

- Document processes, models, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility..

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field..

- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is highly preferred..

Experience :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or related roles..
