Role Summary:
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing channels, such as paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing. Your leadership and analytical expertise will help drive growth, maximize ROI, and shape our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead digital marketing campaigns across PPC, display, social media, affiliate, and other performance channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Oversee A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales and product to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.
- Track, report, and present key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROI) to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and new digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in key digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
