Hiring: for Zonal Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head / Dealer making / Network making / B2B / Business to Business / Retail network development / Distribution sales - For Gold Coins Business - East India (Remote)

Locations: Kolkata, Bihar or any other East Indian state (Remote working, But Permanent Job with PF, Insurance and other Facilities)

Required Experience: 7+ years in Sales

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays Off + All Sundays Off

Work Timings: General 9-hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for gold and silver coins in the assigned regions.

Identify and establish relationships with key jewelers and distributors to drive B2B sales.

Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Prepared and delivered compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Expand and manage a high-performing sales team of 2-3 members as per business growth and requirements.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Augmont's products.
