Role & responsibilities

Responsible for driving sales, developing strategic plans, and managing the sales team within the assigned region. The role requires a strong focus on market penetration, distributor management, and team leadership to achieve growth and profitability for our Dairy products. Drive Market Share & Numeric Distribution

Build a growth strategy for the region and a road map for diary products growth

Sound understanding of GTM principles

Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability

Preferred candidate profile

Sales experience in the Dairy and FMCG sector is MUST.

In-depth understanding of the FMCG market, distribution channels, and sales strategies

Must know Telugu language
