Roles and Responsibilities

Planning and executing promotional activities at the outlets to ensure sales target achievement. Regular visits to the stores to ensure product visibility, quality and customer satisfaction. Working alongside the marketing team in execution of campaigns and promotional activities planned. Ensuring stock availability across SKUs. Maintaining a good relationship with the retail partner and resolving any issues on a daily basis. Achieving sales targets across products for the assigned territory.

Appointing new customer & distributors in territory wise & business wise.

Generating retail business .

Getting placement at Retail Markets .

Handling & guiding sales Team .

Follow on Primary & Secondary business , Achieving sales commitments .
