Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain and organize in-store jewelry inventory to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels.

Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

Visual Merchandising: Design and implement attractive and engaging displays to highlight key pieces and seasonal collections.

Ensure all products are displayed in line with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.

Sales Promotions: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and make adjustments as needed.

Customer Engagement: Provide styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Stay updated on jewelry and fashion trends to offer relevant insights to customers and team members.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, including inventory security and loss prevention.

Generate regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, and merchandising strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with store staff to ensure alignment on goals and effective execution of merchandising strategies.
