Job Description: EA To the Director For Project & Strategy Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive dashboard to monitor and report on the progress of all projects, ensuring timely updates and effective communication.
• Leverage AI tools and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) to enhance workflow efficiency.

Project Management:

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and strategic documents to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.

Communication:

• Serve as the liaison between the Founder Director and various departments, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities.
• Represent the Directors perspective in both internal and external communications.

Financial Analysis (Optional):

• Assist with financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning; candidates with CFA or CA qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; exposure to financial analysis and dashboard creation is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AI tools and project management software is essential.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information across various levels of the organization.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
