Product Development and Execution

  • Lead a team of product managers to drive revenue-centered product roadmaps and PRDs for Augmonts investment products (refer investment products on www.augmont.com), focusing on monetization, customer acquisition, and growth.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, with an emphasis on data-driven decisions to enhance revenue goals and add value to B2B2C partners.
  • Direct collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features that maximize growth and engagement. Collaborate with compliance to ensure product changes meet regulatory standards.
  • Optimize customer journeys to increase conversion rates by creating intuitive, engaging interfaces that elevate user experience and support higher transaction volumes.

Market Expansion and Differentiation

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to expand market share and position Augmont's investment products as industry leaders.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies, identifying high-value user groups and creating targeted initiatives to attract and retain these segments.
  • Engage directly with B2B2C partners to create customized solutions, enhancing Augmont’s reach and solidifying key partnerships.
  • Encourage product innovation by exploring new technologies and market trends that provide Augmont’s offerings with a distinct edge in the competitive landscape.

Revenue Growth and Customer Acquisition

  • Define and implement OKRs focused on driving new user acquisition and revenue growth, aiming for a minimum 25% YoY increase in investment product revenue.
  • Set and monitor OKRs that increase ARPU and customer lifetime value by 20% through product optimization, pricing strategies, and enhanced customer value propositions.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to establish real-time monitoring of product metrics, enabling agile adjustments that boost profitability and optimize customer value across B2B2C channels.

Product Performance and Optimization

  • Leverage data analytics to monitor user engagement, transaction patterns, and performance indicators, translating insights into actionable enhancements.
  • Continuously iterate on features and functionalities based on usage data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve product adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Integrate data-driven strategies to adjust and improve pricing, feature prioritization, and retention initiatives, ultimately maximizing revenue impact.
  • Maintain a framework for data analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making and strategic pivots as market conditions evolve.

  2. Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and interpret insights to make strategic, revenue-oriented decisions.
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment toward shared growth goals.
  4. Adaptability and Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability, staying updated on emerging trends and technologies that can drive Augmont’s growth.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics and product management tools, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
