Job Title: Sales Executive Assistant /Branch Manager & Branch Manager - Old Gold Purchase/Gold Recycling Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in sales and marketing activities to identify and attract customers looking to sell their old gold.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by purchasing 500-600 grams of old gold through effective sales strategies and convincing techniques.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of the purity, weight, and market value of old gold items brought by customers to provide accurate pricingbased on current market trends.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to convert potential leads into successful transactions.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals, ensuring exceptional customer service andsatisfaction.
• Stay informed about market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and maximizesales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch and company sales targets and contribute to a positive and high-performing sales culture.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during transactions.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the gold industry or financial products sector such as gold loans
• Strong knowledge of gold market dynamics, customer behavior, and effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment, with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in gold loan sales, financial products, or gold valuation/appraisal who are interested in transitioning to the old gold purchase sector are encouraged to apply.
