Loose Diamond Head (B2B and Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Lead and manage the B2B loose diamonds trading division.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the global trading network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Trading Operations:

• Oversee end-to-end trading activities, including sourcing, pricing, and selling loose diamonds.
• Utilize diamond trading platforms like Polygon, Nivoda, and similar tools to streamline operations.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and inventory optimization strategies.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor the trading team to achieve targets and maintain operational excellence.
• Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, certifications, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Maintain stringent quality checks to meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in B2B loose diamond trading, with a proven track record of global operations.
• Platforms Expertise: Hands-on experience with Polygon, Nivoda, and other diamond trading platforms is a must.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the loose diamond market, including global sourcing, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward success.
