• Design and deliver engaging training modules covering all Augmont products, including Gold Loan, Gold SIP, Gold on EMI, Gold FD+, and others, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Regularly assess training effectiveness through post-training assessments, feedback, and product proficiency tests, achieving a minimum score improvement benchmark
• Tailor training sessions to suit different employee levels (frontline, mid-level, senior), ensuring maximum comprehension and practical application of product knowledge.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of all Augmont products, market trends, and competitive landscape to deliver accurate and impactful training sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand new product launches or updates and incorporate them into training programs within 10 working days of the launch/update.
• Create easy-to-understand training materials, including product guides, FAQs, process workflows, and video tutorials, to support ongoing learning and reference.

• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to employees across all departments, ensuring a minimum training coverage of 95% for targeted participants within the scheduled timeline.
• Implement digital tools and innovative learning techniques to enhance training efficiency and engagement, such as gamified learning or role-play simulations.
• Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and report on training impact and gaps to leadership on a monthly basis.

• 7+ years of experience in product and process training, preferably in financial services or similar industries.
• Proven expertise in training diverse teams with varying knowledge levels and learning styles.
• Strong familiarity with digital training tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, + regional languages like Telugu and Kannada would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the gold industry and market trends would be an added advantage.
