Role & responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations across clinical and non-clinical departments

Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth processes.

Develop operational strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency

Ensure optimal utilization of hospital resources

Ensure equipment is functional, well-maintained, and compliant with health standards.

Monitor operational expenses to ensure budget adherence and cost control.

Identify opportunities to improve financial performance through process optimization.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., NABH), and hospital policies

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain hospital accreditation.

Prepare and manage emergency response plans

Ensure business continuity during crises.

Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Identify and adopt new technologies to streamline operations and improve outcomes. etc

Preferred candidate profile

Hospital experience with 15 years
