Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead and manage the management, operations, and marketing activities for "Jain International Trade Organisation" which is commonly known as JITO (including JIIF (JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation)).

Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.

Management and Operations:

Oversee end-to-end management and operational activities.

Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.

Stay updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and resource optimization strategies.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Utilize marketing tools and techniques to streamline operations.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the team to achieve targets and maintain operational excellence.

Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.

Maintain stringent quality checks to meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven experience in management, operations, and marketing.

Event Handling: Strong event-handling skills.
