Brand Visibility and Media Coverage

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Augmonts visibility across key media platforms, including print, digital, and broadcast.
• Ensure consistent media coverage highlighting Augmonts products such as Gold Loan, Gold SIP, Gold on EMI, and Gold FD+.
• Build and maintain Augmonts narrative as a trusted leader in the gold industry, leveraging unique selling propositions and market differentiators.

PR Campaign Effectiveness

• Conceptualize and manage impactful PR campaigns for product launches, events, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Track and measure campaign success using KPIs such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, and engagement metrics, achieving a positive sentiment score.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling stories and press materials that resonate with target audiences.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with journalists, influencers, media houses, and industry stakeholders to secure favorable coverage.
• Act as a spokesperson for Augmont, representing the company at press conferences, media interviews, and public events with professionalism and clarity.
• Handle crisis communication effectively, ensuring timely and accurate responses to protect the company’s reputation.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• 7+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within the financial services or gold industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and press materials.
• Proficiency in leveraging PR tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics.
