Work Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays off & All Sundays off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Augmont. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients, resolving issues with existing clients, and conducting cold calls and emails to drive customer engagement. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and provide them with product/service information.

• Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• Proactively engage with clients through cold calls and emails.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions. Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and people skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales.
