Job Overview:

We want a candidate who can take the ownership of the product (from scratch idea to supervision of smooth running of the final product).

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Executive to drive the success of our Gold Loan product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution to enhance customer experience and business growth. The candidate must be an all-rounder who can coordinate and supervise the step-by-step product lifecycle while working closely with Technology, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer needs, market trends, and internal resource availability.

2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, and data analytics to refine product offerings.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration

Supervise and coordinate the step-by-step lifecycle of the product with the following departments:

A.)Technology Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of product features.

B.)Marketing – Align product launches with marketing campaigns and branding strategies.

C.)Operations – Ensure seamless product execution, process improvements, and compliance.

D.)Customer Support – Work closely to enhance customer experience and resolve product-related concerns.

E.)Sales – Provide product insights and coordinate sales strategies for better customer reach.

F.)Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to manage partnerships and product integrations.

4. Product Execution & Delivery

Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide development teams.

Monitor key product metrics using analytical tools and optimize performance based on insights.

Ensure timely execution while maintaining technical excellence and scalability.

5. Required Skills & Competencies:

A.)Strong Communication Skills – Ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

B.)Cross-Functional Coordination – Must be adept at handling multiple departments and ensuring smooth workflow.

C.)Data Analysis & Problem-Solving – Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and solve challenges.

D.)Market Research & Critical Thinking – Understanding of industry trends and customer behavior.

E.)Project & Product Management – Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, execution, and stakeholder management.

F.)Time & Vendor Management – Balancing priorities and managing external partnerships effectively.

6. Qualifications & Experience:

Education: UG – Any Graduate | PG – MBA/PGDM preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years in product management, preferably in the Gold Loan or financial services domain
