Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Product Associate (Entry-Level) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for product management, a strong sense of ownership, and the drive to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Support the design, development, and launch of product features.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Track product performance metrics and assist in creating actionable strategies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance for new product features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong sense of ownership and self-drive to take initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Basic understanding of product management principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, or similar is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or in the final year of study).
