Associate Product Manager

The Narayana One Health product team is looking for an associate product manager to work with the product team on improving our customer engagement, retention and experiences (NPS). As an associate product manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including external vendors and other NH companies) to develop products and services that enhance customer experiences across clinics, membership plans, and insurance offerings.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while contributing to shaping Narayana One Healths growth.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Jayanagar, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering business-critical metrics (NPS, retention and engagement) by identifying change requests or bug fixes which can improve customer experience based on customer feedback
• Ship solutions to customer issues by writing clear requirements documents for change requests and working with cross-functional teams to drive delivery including CX, clinic teams, clinical programs teams, IT, ATHMA teams, Salesforce and more
• Track delivery with ATHMA engineering and vendor engineering teams to ensure progress on change requests and bugs
• Gradually take on larger features and change requests as you grow in your product career
