I joined NH june 26 2021 since then I was happily working with my team with full potential But female capacity is higher than male in this organisation so regardless of how honest you are to work and with others in terms of behaviour. No matter how honest you are even tho if some female is misbehaving with you no matter how innocent you are they force you to accept the undone mistake over you because you are male so I suggest don’t work in this organisation Tho people arranged a huge meeting with full of big heads they forced me to accept the mistake that I haven’t done because those candidates are female and threatened me to leave my job which was my bread and butter and now because of that one female and HR manager and the council head all are female they insisted me to leave my job so before joining NH please be careful...Read More

I liked everything working at Narayana One Health until 1 day when the Head of Marketing and Category Department showed her true colors. Initially she was very supportive and gave promotion in 10 months to me but later she changed only because of a very small disagreement which was actually I trying to save company's creative standard. She planned and plotted for 6 months against me as she was not able to find any fault in my work and later framed me, blamed for unnecessary delays which was caused by my functional head and not me. But my HOD had big ego she did not supported me infact used my functional head also as a puppet to plot against me. After 6 months of mental trauma, harassment and torture she finally made sure that I was forced into resignation without given any valid reason. HR head blackmailed me, threatened me and took me in a room and forced me to resign by threat of termination. They did not write anything on mail also and did not gave any confirmation on my clean BGV, salary or experience letter. The reason I stayed even after tolerating so much mental trauma was only to fix things for which I constantly apologised my HOD even without being at mistake but she told me clearly that she does not care, and I should stop talking to her. I once considered her my mentor and admired her so much but her ego was bigger than anything else or anyone's career. This has been a pattern in her as I came to know that she has tortured and done similar things with 11 more people in the team who left because of her toxic attitude. Me along with those people also went to the CEO and spoke but things became worse after escalating against her. She is a great manipulative person and the CEO and Head HR is well connected with her supporting her as they are family friends. This is the 1st ever company in my 5 years of experience which has caused so much mental trauma to me leading to suicidal thoughts also but even after the mail from my side about the forced resignation to the founder and chairman of the company no one helped me. This was not expected from such a well established brand. These people are spoiling Dr. Devi Shetty's name and his vision also. This HOD even kept blackmailing me for 6 months that she will send one mail to HR and get me out of the organisation. Marketing team's culture is very bad and toxic because of the head of category and marketing team. The CEO and Head HR also supports her because they are family friends. 12 people including me have left the company because of her toxicity and mental torture she did to us. Other people left early but I was someone who kept trying to fix things but she made sure that she gets me out and eventually framed me and forced me into resignation by threat, blackmail and in an unlawful way. HR in this organisation works only for the leadership team and does not support any other mid level, junior level or any employee. I was once promoted because of my good work in just 10 months but only because HOD has her big ego she got upset to me for a small thing and disagreement which led her to plan and plot against me for 6 months.
