Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to engineering students, covering topics such as programming languages, software development, data structures, algorithms, and emerging technologies.
• Design hands-on projects and practical exercises to reinforce learning and facilitate real world application of technical concepts.
• Collaborate with content team to align training with curriculum standards and industry requirements.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and boot camps to enhance students technical skills and knowledge.
• Assess students learning needs and adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students in their projects, internships, and career development.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the engineering field to keep training content relevant and current.
• Maintain records of training activities and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer science/computer graduate
• Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably with engineering students.
• Strong knowledge of JAVA/ADSA/ADBMS/NOS and Leetcode, Hackerrank
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing course materials and curriculum.
• Knowledge of current trends in technology and engineering education.
