Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development - Solar to lead and drive growth in Renewable Energy, Solar O&M, and Wind O&M.

- This leadership role requires expertise in business strategy, stakeholder management, project execution, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Business Leadership: Lead business development efforts, manage external stakeholders, and drive growth in Solar and Renewable O&M.

- End-to-End Project Execution: Oversee project development, execution, and timely delivery with a focus on quality.

- Financial & Commercial Oversight: Drive revenue growth, manage contracts, collections, and optimize profitability.

- Cost & Supplier Management: Ensure cost-effective sourcing of key solar components such as Modules, Inverters, Structures, and Transformers.

- Team & Cultural Transformation: Transition the company from a promoter-driven to a professionally managed organization.

- Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships, drive contract closures, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring & Business Planning: Develop AOP (Annual Operating Plan), review progress, and ensure business targets are met.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Equipment Manufacturing.

- Proven track record in business development, project execution, and stakeholder management.

- Strong expertise in Solar EPC, contract negotiation, and financial management.

- Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving cultural change.
