Business Development Manager for Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
Designation: BD Manager Time Commitment: Full Time Location: Open to Relocation basis Client cluster Role Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Aerospace & Defense sectors for PCBA
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, to contract negotiation and closure
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in A&D companies (DPSUs, OEMs, & Tier 1 suppliers)
- Work with internal teams (Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance) to drive RFP responses and solve customer queries Experience
- 7+ yrs of B2B sales exp. in electronic manufacturing (Defense background preferred)
- Relevant roles: Business Development Manager, Sales Head, Sales Manager etc.
- Degree Requirements: B.Tech, B.E in Electronics/EE preferred or MBA
- Proven experience managing B2B Sales esp. with Aerospace and Defense customers

- Identify and target potential clients in the Aerospace & Defense, Industrial sectors for PCBA services
- Initiate conversations with key OEMs/ tier1s for electronics supply (across Aerospace & Defense and Industrial segments)
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in A&D companies (DPSUs, OEMs, & Tier 1 suppliers)
- Ensure excellent customer service by managing post-sales support and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Drive RFP response by playing a Bid manager role driving internal coordination
- Work with engineering teams (Design, Production, and Quality Assurance) to drive technical detailing/response
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract management, compliance, and pricing strategies
