About the role:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and consolidate budgets.

- Leverage past experience in FP&A and business partnering to drive cross-functional alignment between diverse functions and business units.

- Break down complex business dynamics with structured analysis, identify opportunities for growth and deliver recommendations.

- Collaborate with the technology team to implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., ERP software, AI-powered financial tools). Identify opportunities for process automation and work to enhance financial system capabilities.

- Work with business leaders to review key cost items and arrive at strategy and metrics to improve profitability

- Work closely with Controllership team to review the cost data and work collaboratively to arrive at the business analytics

- Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and discrepancies and work with stakeholders to fix these at the root cause

- Develop financial models to analyze business performance and make data-driven recommendations.

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.

- Collect and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and business performance improvements.

- Lead the creation and publishing of management dashboards and financial KPIs to track business performance.

- Lead the preparation of financial presentations for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting and analysis.

- Provide support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

- Participate in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.
