Supply & Demand Planning Role - eCommerce/Quick Commerce (2-10 yrs)

Skillsets -

- Min 3-4 yrs of exp in supply planning,

- Should have an understanding of e-commerce, quick commerce.

- Inventory management, metric orientation - to understand health of supply chain

- Someone who is a SBA would work

- Analytical background & report making

Demand planning -

Brief - The team is primarily responsible for developing plans to project orders, forecast revenue, manage SKUs, and determine DE hiring requirements. These plans serve as the foundation for sourcing personnel to procure raw materials. Data extraction is conducted using internal dashboards.

Skillsets -

- Someone well versed with Excel, Power BI

- Experience in demand planning would be a plus but not mandatory

- Senior BA or BA would work for the role regardless of function
