Deconstruct - Manager - Supply & Demand Planning (3-6 yrs)

JD for Supply and Demand Planning Assistant Manager:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.

2. Analise sales trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to forecast demand accurately.

3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather relevant data for demand planning.

4. Monitor and adjust forecasts to ensure alignment with actual sales and market changes.

5. Identify and mitigate risks related to demand variability and uncertainties.

6. Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts and performance metrics.

7. Support the supply planning team to ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply

8. Act as interface between sales and supply chain by ensuring accurate sales forecasts for planning

9. Inventory distribution across the warehouses so to avoid OOS scenario in collaboration with the planning Operations team.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in supply chain management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and strategic planning.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools.

4. Proven track record of optimizing supply chain and demand planning processes.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
