- The Business Head will spearhead the sales efforts within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in electronics sales, a deep understanding of EMS & Box Build, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop & implement sales strategy with an understanding of the demand & Karkhana.io's solutions
- Identify and target potential customers in industrial/consumer electronics sector including OEMs, product companies and other key players
- Drive the sales plan and ensure the yearly targets as per the budget
- Help build a strategic road map for Karkhana.io's electronics offering
Customer Relationship Management - Maintain a deep understanding of the company's EMS capabilities, product offerings, and technological advancements
- Build and maintain strong trust and customer relation through effective engagement
- Understand the technical and commercial requirements of customer and provide the best solution and offer within the time lines.
- Serve as a Key Account Manager for the customer and lead all technical and business discussions
- Leadership & Team building - Lead and mentor the sales team and implement the performance culture
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting - Prepare annual budget and submit monthly sales Vs actual report to Sr leadership
