Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, category-wise business plans, and pricing models.
- Market Expansion & Business Growth: Identify new geographies, products, and opportunities to drive growth.
- Distributor & Channel Management: Optimize distribution networks, trade promotions, and engagement programs.
- Key Account & Influencer Management: Build strong relationships with large customers, B2B partners, and project stakeholders.
- Sales Operations & Performance Management: Set KPIs, review regional performance, and ensure execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a large sales force while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in Building Materials, Paints, Laminates across multiple geographies.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing large teams.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, sales execution, and operations management.
- Proven success in driving revenue, expanding market share, and building high-performing teams.
