Cluster Head - APAC (Building Materials Industry)

Location: APAC Region (Frequent Travel Required)

Role Overview:

- The Cluster Head - APAC will lead sales and business development efforts across multiple APAC markets for a leading Building Materials company.

- This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on execution capabilities to drive growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Provide leadership to regional heads across APAC.

- Business Development: Identify new markets, build partnerships with OEMs, retailers, AIDs, contractors, and developers, and drive expansion in sectors like healthcare, public sector, and construction.

- Performance Management: Monitor sales KPIs, ensure country managers meet targets, and minimize performance gaps.

- Market Insights & Strategy: Conduct market analysis, stay ahead of industry trends, and utilize insights to optimize business plans.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, government entities, and industry influencers while representing the company in key forums.

Brunei | Malaysia | Taiwan | Cambodia | Myanmar | Thailand | Hong Kong | Philippines | Vietnam

Qualifications & Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership & business development in Building Materials (HPL, LPL,etc.)

- Proven success in managing APAC markets and leading high-performance sales teams.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
