Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Got a call from ValueLab recruiter Purva Joshi. Total three rounds of video interviews happened with me within a span of 2 weeks. Then Purva tried to negotiate with me regarding CTC though I informed the expected CTC at very first interaction. After that she told that resume has been sent to the customer. Even after two weeks, no response received and she told me that there is an issue at customer side and she was not sure about this opportunity. I am backing myself with more than 16 years of experience and engaged in lots of hiring process activities earlier. ValueLabs does not have the budget for senior folks and only waist the time of the candidates. I would suggest to the senior folks, don't attend the interview process of ValueLab, it's a total waist of energy and time. They don't have the budget. Probably all the negative reviews provided by the current and former employees are correct one.
