We were supposed to tell them what are the steps to be taken. We told about compulsory training (video modules) (local language as there might be communication issues), also incentives on the basis of gender-based ratings (stressing female passengers reviews more). I talked about running a campaign, e.g., #respectwomen, which would be on their dress, some sticker on the cab so that it keeps reminding the driver of his duties. Also, in their ads, they can show something of this sort.
