Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was bad experience online interview in Tech Mahindra.It was one-on-one round interview,First it was a mock test question based banks related on their shared docket.On mock they selected me.On second round which a final round it was held on video call the host was sounding very unclear voice.After that I told him that your voice sounding unclear plz be in network but he started arguing me I'm sounding unclear.After that he changed the topic like tell me about yourself,tell me why you want to be in Tech Mahindra,why I should select you in Tech Mahindra,what you know about Tech Mahindra,what is your family background,what will be your next step if rejected from Tech Mahindra and was sounding very rude after asking question like every time 'continue ' After the final he interview from Tech Mahindra Hr give me the feedback that I'm rejected by giving the reason my communication skills were poor, and I was fumbling,and I was very unclear. After he didn't stop hr suggest me that rejection is a process not outcome.learn from it.It was a very bad online interview in Tech Mahindra,waste of time, one should not apply for Tech Mahindra very cheap staff 😶🙁😖😡
