Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Section 1 involved numerical questions which could be solved using high school math. Section 2 had situations given from which you had to identify the valid/invalid conclusions. Section 3 required you to identify the pattern and choose the missing figure from the options.
Tips: The first section is a pretty easy one so try to ensure you get all questions right. The second requires you to assimilate information quickly. The third section is something that needs a little practice

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: The two interview rounds were completely behavioral. You were required to give instances when you had done something or asked how you would react to a situation
Tips: Be prepared with instances when you led a team, convinced a group if people, overcame obstacles, changed course during a project

General Tips: The time might be less but that is so for everyone. Stay calm and don't panic
Skill Tips: Apart from visual reasoning, not much practice is required for the test
