Salary on time even before sometimes!

I didn't get any option for my promotion despite of my professional eligibility & experiences of working in various geographical locations in west Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & eastern UP. Neither I got my job transfer in my preferred location like west Bengal despite of several persuasion!

I used to work for P&G as a contractor, but on any kind of occasion, they didn't treat us like their own employees, which made me feel bad.

If u r pay roll u can work ,if u r not in pay roll u r Life will be Screwed, specially in Telangana,,,,, Better u choose other company to work

Politics is very very very very dangerous level ,SM will take Alcohol and take concall almost trice a week even p&g people on roll Kam also know as and HR also but there r helpless ,very scary that I never seen like this in sales never before

Good Culture. People always treated with respect. Excellent Job Security. Opportunity to change roles every 2-3 years. Grow from within company

Very limited promotion opportunities. Supply chain (Product Supply) function is treated as second class citizens in terms of salary and promotion opportunities.

work life is good and timeing is good salary is on time. Location taging and proper marking planning before one month we need to submited,holidays are good medical and expensivess are on time credit.

Dislikes

...any take action and remove our job and it not providing revling letter no any, company as us to pay the amount for reliving letter and their having own pf if we want to withdraw or amount it will taken more than 2month even submiting the all form. After leavig the company their dont reply your mails also regarding reliving letter,Pf withdraw etc.
