Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Randstad's doesn't asks me in a set of formal questions. There were three rounds. 1st with HR just wants to know about me and my interest on the job. 2nd with HOD of dept where I was analazed & questioned were i was selected one goes to final round 3 would be the higher offical you would met they just wants to see you & know about you that's it.
Vital part is 2nd round i would give a glimpse of it. They just wanted to know about me, that time I was a freseher between I did labour law related courses , which is relevant to the job title compliance. I have just voluntarily explained the facts and details of the Labour acts which I have studied. Putting on top of that said Im willing to travel if needs be. Hod asked some generic questions and explained about the job Nature where I could understand something like some basic skills i can infuse in to the job and explained them. A few expectations were placed like working beyond work hours & during weekends, i accepted it. But after joined here there is no situation arises i have to work on weekends and beyond work hours rare in my case. It's the same for Recruitment,L&D, Business partners. But I see slight peak hours of workings from Payroll & high peak for Finances mostly
