  • Q1. Introduction? Why you want this job? Why only this company? Why you think this job role suits you?
Round 3 - Aptitude Test 

Basically its a IQ Level test in this questions cam like some reasoning, knowledge based,puzzle, mathematical questions and many more. We just have to select the correct option.

Round 4 - HR 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Resume based questions, why only HR field, Are you aware of your job role, what you know about company and clients of company and many more.
Round 5 - One-on-one 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. Why not other company? Can you handle the pressure? Can you deal with it as its a target based job role? About company? Tell me something minus your CV?

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I am not sharing details for only this company, it will apply in other companies also. The only important thing which matters is your confidence. Other thing matter is before going for any interview always go with the knowledge of company like what kind of company it is, what is your job role over there. Always mention your achievements if any. Show your confidence that you are capable for this role. Show interest what they're asking and answer accordingly.
The very next important thing is your dressing sense. Always go for an interview in formals because it create good vibe in you also and the HR also. You feel more confident and professional.
The next important thing is always carry your documents like your Resume, photographs, achievement certificates, your id’s, your educational certificates.
And never lose your confidence as this is the most important thing for any job role.Never think that you are not capable for this and that No..Every person have that worth to do work so make yourself proud and give the interview with full confidence, result will be automatically positive.
