Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would like to share my experience with Lavya Associates HR Services, where I worked for a brief period. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts with others who may be considering employment with this company.

Initially, I was promised 10 days of training with a salary for those days. However, after only two days of training, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that I would only receive my salary after 50 days of work. To make matters worse, when my salary finally arrived, I discovered that the company had deducted 10 days' worth of pay. This was a severe disappointment and an unprofessional way to handle employee compensation.

At first, I was told that there were no specific targets or quotas to be met. However, after some time, I was asked to generate as many leads as possible and close as many deals as I could. It became evident that the company's expectations were not in line with what was initially presented to me, and it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Moreover, the working culture at Lavya Associates was not what I expected. The team leaders acted more like bosses, and there was no clear communication or guidance from them. They seemed to target fresh graduates like myself by presenting themselves as offering opportunities for growth and development, but in reality, it was mentally taxing and demanding work.

Overall, I do not recommend working at Lavya Associates HR Services. If you want to experience what it's like to work in a stressful and unprofessional environment, then this might be the company for you. However, if you value transparency, fair compensation, and a supportive work culture, I suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities.
